Ethan Shown leads the Allen Tate | Howard Hanna offices in Winston-Salem and Kernersville, NC, where he is dedicated to helping agents grow thriving, sustainable real estate careers. With over 45 talented professionals currently under his leadership, Ethan’s focus is on agent support, business planning, mentorship, professional development, and building a collaborative culture.

Ethan brings a dynamic blend of entrepreneurial expertise and business acumen to the real estate industry. Before joining Allen Tate, he spent more than a decade in the automotive services sector, where he became known for operational excellence and building high-performing teams. His business ventures—including a custom home stereo and integration company, as well as managing an Airbnb property—reflect his passion for innovation and service.

In real estate, Ethan has applied the same drive and strategic mindset to his own sales success, and now channels that experience into coaching and elevating others. He is deeply engaged in the real estate community, having served on the Winston-Salem Realtors Association’s Administrative and Young Professionals committees and as a volunteer for the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC). He also supports charitable causes including the Special Olympics and disaster relief efforts.
